Tulsa's Mother Road Market is shut down after one of its employees tested positive for COVID 19.

Mother Road Market closed its doors Sunday and it will be closed once again on Monday because the company says they're doing deep cleaning out of an abundance of caution. Mother Road Market says they don't know if the employee who got COVID-19 was exposed at work, but they have completed contact tracing to identify their employees who had close contact with that employee before they self-quarantined. They are also arranging COVID-19 tests for all their employees who would like to take one. They say they have followed all CDC and THD guidelines to get back to business in the safest way possible for their staff and customers.

Now the company says the plan for them is to return to curbside only on Tuesday and Wednesday. They also will be mandating all their guests to wear masks in common areas until further notice. Mother Road Market says they taking this time to ensure that the highest safety measures possible are in place for everyone.
